By using ceo-coaching-consulting.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover your use of the website itself; a coaching or consulting engagement is governed by its own separate written agreement, which takes precedence wherever the two differ.
What this site is
An information website about the coaching, workshop and speaking practice of Timothy Cormier. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form does not by itself create a client relationship.
Not professional advice
The content here is general leadership and business commentary. It is not therapy, not medical advice, not legal advice, not financial or investment advice, and not a substitute for any of them. If you need one of those, please consult a licensed professional in that field.

Coaching outcomes depend on factors outside anyone’s control — your context, your organization, your effort. Testimonials on this site describe the experience of specific individuals and are not a promise that you will get the same result.
Fees and scope
Fees and scope are not published on this website. They are agreed in writing after an initial conversation, and only then. Any figure you encounter elsewhere claiming to be our pricing is not ours.
Intellectual property
The text, design, photographs, frameworks and models on this site belong to Timothy Cormier unless credited otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, resell them, or use them to train a machine-learning model — see the Content-Signal policy in our robots.txt.
Third-party names and marks
Organization names and logos shown on this site identify past engagements and belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is a statement of work history, not a claim of endorsement or partnership.

Where we link to another site we do so because it seemed useful. We do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability and may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
