Short version: we only hold what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who we are
This website is operated by Cormier Executive Optimization (C.E.O.) Coaching & Consulting, the coaching and consulting practice of Timothy Cormier, based in Miami, Florida. You can reach us on 208-866-7148 or through the form at /contact/.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the subject you selected and your message. If you call or email us directly we hold whatever you choose to tell us. We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data through this website.
Why we hold it
To reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to run the engagement. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the practice except the service providers named below, who process it on our behalf.
Service providers
Contact form submissions are transported by our automation provider and delivered to Timothy by email. Website hosting, email delivery and analytics providers process data strictly on our instructions. Each is bound to keep your data confidential and to use it only to provide their service.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s font servers; no cookie is set by that request. If we later add analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to twenty-four months, so we can pick up a conversation you started. Records relating to an actual coaching or consulting engagement are kept for seven years, which is the ordinary business-records period in Florida. After that they are deleted.
Coaching confidentiality
Anything you discuss inside a coaching engagement is confidential and is not disclosed to your employer, your sponsor or anyone else without your explicit agreement, except where the law requires disclosure or where there is a serious risk of harm. Where an organization pays for coaching, the organization receives progress and theme reporting only — never session content.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details above and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK, the usual GDPR rights apply and you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Children
This website and these services are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to Timothy and any person he has authorized to help run the practice. No system is perfect; we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong in a way that affects you.
Anti-harvesting
Email addresses and phone numbers published on this site are provided for genuine enquiries only. Scraping them for bulk or automated messaging is not permitted and is not consented to.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects an active engagement, tell you directly.
