Hi, I’m Timothy Cormier {kor·mee·ay}.

With expertise in strategic planning, leadership innovation and talent development across multiple Fortune 100 organizations, I have built transformative learning programs that equip executives to lead with confidence in a landscape that will not sit still.

As a Chief Learning Officer and the founder of Cormier Executive Optimization (C.E.O.) Coaching & Consulting, my mission is to develop leaders into transformational change agents who drive organizational excellence and long-term impact. I firmly believe one individual can spark the change an entire culture has been waiting for.

Miami is my home because it refuses to let you stay in your own head. Every culture here hands you a new way of seeing people. That’s the job, too.

Where executive coaching meets a real operating history

I did not arrive at coaching from the outside. I spent twenty-five years inside Micron, DIRECTV, Eli Lilly, Blue Cross of Idaho, TracFone and Verizon — including leading enterprise talent development through one of telecom’s largest acquisitions, and serving as Dean of TracFone University. I have carried a number, run an integration, and had the conversation nobody wanted to have.

That history is why the coaching is practical. We are not going to spend your time on theory you cannot use on Monday.
